梁红，女，1979年12月出生，博士/研究员，环境与生殖及围产流行病学研究组副组长，复旦大学博士生导师。2004年获复旦大学儿少与妇幼保健专业硕士学位；2012年获复旦大学流行病与卫生统计学博士学位。2012年丹麦奥胡斯大学流行病学研究中心访问学者，2017年美国辛辛那提大学环境健康系访问学者。

近年来一直从事环境暴露与生殖健康，生命早期危险因素暴露对子代生长发育的健康影响的流行病学研究，并从表观遗传学和代谢组学等角度阐释潜在的人群生物学机制。主持或主要参与项目30余项，基金来源包括国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金、上海自然科学基金和上海市卫生和健康委员会项目等。发表科技论文130余篇，其中SCI论文97篇，相关文章发表在Journal of Hazardous Materials、Environmental Science & Technology、Environment International、Human Reproduction、Pediatrics、BJOG等国际权威杂志。相关研究成果系统评估了环境化合物暴露对人类健康的跨代毒性效应，提供化合物安全性评估的高质量的科学证据，促进相关化合物使用标准的法规修订；通过多维度人群机制探索，发掘潜在干预靶点，为减除环境化合物人群健康危害的精准干预策略的制定提供方向和数据支撑。
