李园园
李园园,女,1975年4月出生,博士/研究员,组学研究与应用研究组组长,复旦大学博士生导师。2003年获得中科院上海生命科学院生化细胞所博士学位。
学科领域为系统生物学,生物信息学,转化医学。主要从事以识别驱动因素及其信息传递交互机制为目的、融合跨尺度多模态数据与生物学规则的数据整合挖掘方法开发,肿瘤、自身免疫病等复杂系统疾病的关键调控因子及失调事件识别,机制解释性标志物及潜在药物靶标发现,疾病关联及其跨尺度机制研究等。
主持完成十余项国家及地方科研项目,包括国家重大研发计划、国家自然科学基金面上项目、上海市重大项目等。在PLoS Computational Biology、Bioinformatics、Advanced Science、EBioMedicine、Artificial Intelligence in Medicine、Molecular Systems Biology等SCI期刊发表论文83篇,其中通讯和第一作者论文54篇。获中国发明专利授权73项,软件著作权24项。
获上海市科技启明星、明治生命科学奖、华夏医学科技奖三等奖(第二完成人)、上海市科学技术奖二等奖(第二完成人)、中华预防医学会科学技术奖三等奖(第二完成人)等奖项,上海市三八红旗手、国务院政府特殊津贴专家等荣誉。
